Whiting, Indiana Mayor Joe Stahura

Mayor Stahura made regional and national news when he opened the first floating waterpark on Lake Michigan. Due to his continuous additions and changes to Whiting, he has resurrected the city, making it a welcoming community to tourists.

ArtSpace Uptown Artist Lofts

The ArtSpace Uptown Artist Lofts opened a year ago in Michigan City, Indiana and house local artists and their families. The Lofts have made a positive impact on the community and have revived the city’s art district.
